Do you offer any guarantees?

Within the e-commerce world, there are no guarantees, however, DBC is committed to doing what is best for it's clients.

How do I become a client?

Can I bundle products and services?

Currently, the only bundle package we offer for services is an Accounting and Sales Tax Reporting Bundle. That service is partnered with a trusted accounting firm. However, if you're interested in purchasing a service agreement for multiple platforms, we can discuss those options with you directly. Please schedule a meeting with someone from our Sales Team to discuss options.

Should I get a business credit card?

Yes! We recommend a business credit card that offers cash back or incentive options. We recommend having a business credit card that is completely separate and used only for your e-commerce store in order to keep your finances in order.

What if my inventory doesn’t sell?

DBC offers a buy back clause if you choose to sell FBA or WFS. Please review your contract service agreement for further details.

What if my account is suspended?

If your account gets suspended, our dedicated account health team will work on the appeal and make every effort to get your account reactivated.

What software do you use?

We use our own in-house software as well as best-of-breed 3rd party software to provide a comprehensive set of services and store management.

Who owns the Amazon / Walmart or Facebook Store?

If you are the person who created the seller account or was on the application, then you own the store!

How much working capital should I have?

We recommend a minimum of 25K in capital with an additional 25K in order to cover credit card bills in case of funds being held by the marketplace. This amount is recommended when you first start selling, however additional capital is always better as your dedicated store management team will be able to use these finances in order to scale your store.

How does Amazon / Walmart / Facebook pay me?

Amazon will pay you directly through the deposit method you have set up on your account. Walmart will pay you through the payment processing system you have set up such as Payoneer or Hyperwallet. Facebook will pay .... (NOT SURE THE DETAILS ON THIS)

How do I know if I need domestic or international tax exemption services?

Being tax exempt with various vendors (Walmart, Amazon, Ebay) removes the sales tax on the items that you purchase to resell, increasing your profit margins! Not having these exemptions can cost you thousands of dollars in unnecessary sales tax. As you can see, this is important. These exemptions are commonly referred to as “Sales and Use”, “certificates”, or “Reseller’s” permits.
